The main objective of body piercing is puncturing the body in order to insert a jewelry. Due to the fact that the jewelry is foreign to the body, the emphasis is on placing the jewelry according to the body's natural curves and ability to accept foreign objects so that the best possible esthetic result is achieved. Between the entry and the exit wound there is a tunnel which is shaped best to fit the anatomical structure of the body and thereby decreasing the chance of rejection of the jewelry by the body, infections and other complications. This void regenerate as well as any other body tissue.
The field of body piercing has greatly developed in past few years. The APP which was formed in the US during the 90's holds conventions every year, sets standards and holds professional seminars in fields like practice methods, equipment of the trade and the training of future professionals under international standards.

Surgical steel (316LVM) and titanium (Tigal4v-Eli) are stainless steels approved for use in body piercing by the APP and the FDA, fit for use in an open wound and as a long term body jewelry. These metals do not disintegrate, rust or cause unwanted reactions by the body. These metals are also fit to be in contact with blood, saliva, urine and other body fluids. The use of titanium was proven to be most efficient and comfortable, it is light on weight which prevents complications and discomfort and has a distinct advantage for any body piercing.
Another distinct advantage is the metal's ability to fit the body on a cellular level, so that with a relatively easy healing process the jewelry becomes natural to the body as any other body part. The jewelry are silver colored or pure gold coating and are purchased by us from the original makers in England. From fear of knock-off's and counterfeits we DO NOT exchange jewelry or perform body piercing with costumer brought jewelry.
Do not be tempted to buy jewelry in toy stores or 7/11's, these are cheap imitations and are dangerous in inserted into the body.
Here at "Panic" we've adopted high level work ethics to ensure professionalism and maximum results for our customers.
Since body piercing is an invasive and even a surgical procedure it requires a high level of sterility and the usage of implant grade metal's made with high grade material technology.
The healing process is mostly the clients responsibility. We recommend coming back for regular check-up's during the healing process for further counseling about the treatment and changing the jewelry
