Shai has been known for his drawing talent since early childhood. spent all of his life developing this talent to perfection, Shai is well experienced in many forms of visual art such as: wall painting, set design, body painting, graphic design for a variety of businesses and is one of very few car painting improvement and restoration using a unique Air-Brush technique.

Shai is a student of the late tattoo master Michael Elyukov and Daniel Borichev, acquired his work experience in Jerusalem and Rishon Lezion, and in the year 2000 along with Nir Tamir lunched "Panic" studio where he continued developing his multiverse style. An expert in Cover-Up tattoo, free hand tattoo and esthetic solutions for anatomically correct designs in problematic surfaces such as scars, deformities and birth marks.
